Abstract: | Alterity is a key notion in discourse analysis nowadays. Considering your partner’s importance to the success of a dialogue is essential, especially when the two partners use different mother tongues. The success of such a verbal interaction depends on the cultural interference between the two. Mastering a foreign language today means not only being able to manipulate structures and meaning, but also to experience the peculiarities of a different culture. |
Key words: | alterity, cultural dialogue, language activities, mediation |
